After successfully establishing the recruitment outsourcing firm StaffChase in 2020, Saurabh decided to venture into the accounts outsourcing space in 2021 and hence founded PercentChase.  He strongly believes in the idea of making one’s own destiny through hard work and a lifetime of dedication.

He started working early in his career with Big Ecommerce, Staffing and Recruitment software companies, always keeping the entrepreneurial goals in mind. Saurabh has extensive experience in international business, with more than 10 years of experience in leading strategic shared services functions specializing in the fields of Business Intelligence, Quality and Continuous Improvement.

Saurabh enjoys reading autobiographies, going on long drives and road trips, playing chess and spending time with friends and family.
