Our Work Process
Step : 01.
Onboarding
In the first stage our goal is to understand the requirements of the outsourcing firm to be able to provide bespoke solutions. Our primary goal is to learn about your company, objectives and current challenges.
Step : 02.
Plan
Following the discussion, we will implement a strategic plan that aligns with your original vision and assist you in achieving your goals.
Step : 03.
Training
Once we agree on the nature of activities to be performed, we will assign a subject matter expert to your company and organise one on one training sessions to understand the business operations in detail.
Step : 04.
Action
Post planning and training, we brainstorm with our subject matter expert to come up with innovative solutions or ways to overcome challenges. After discussing these solutions with your company, our expert will commence the workflow in the agreed direction.
Step : 05.
Quality Assurance
At PercentChase, our values and services are focused on achieving excellent results that are reliable and accurate therefore, we strongly believe in the culture of feedback and openness. Once our expert concludes the workflow for your company, we will perform a quality check to ensure initial objectives, client requirements and accuracy is achieved.
Step : 06.
Delivery
Once the quality check is performed, we conduct discussions with your company and allow room for feedback and improvements. Once the feedback is incorporated, our expert team will keep performing the accounting services in loop and this will be an ongoing process.
